Ryan Griffin was born and raised in New Jersey living in Ocean County his entire life. Upon his birth, parents Robert & JoAnn immediately did as many Northern New Jersey people did who wanted to provide a better quality of life for their families and transplanted “down the shore”. The family first enjoyed residing in a 5 bedroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lakewood NJ (on the Jackson Twp. border) where Ryan went to a private parochial school and excelled in Lakewood Little League where he made and represented their all star team all three years as their starting first baseman. When Ryan let his parents know that he no longer wished to wear a tie to school wanting instead to attend public school, the family uprooted and began their next chapter moving to Point Pleasant where he attended Point Pleasant Borough High School. Ryan again excelled in athletics on both the basketball and wrestling teams. After High School, Ryan transitioned off to a small private College in Massachusetts but “Jersey Pride”  was in his blood so back to NJ he came where he began Real Estate Investing while raising his son Tyler as a single father on his own. When many young men his age were looking through the auto shopper, Ryans passion began as he perused the pages of Homes & Land magazine. It didnt take long for him to realize that he could turn his passion into a successful career so he acquired his Real Estate license to assist others in achieving the American Dream of Home Ownership through Real Estate while also helping others in seeing the world of Real Estate through the eyes of an investor.After many successful years assisting and helping others build wealth through Real Estate, the financial crises and “Great Recession” hit the Nation. Ryan like many other Industry leaders were left scratching their heads with how to adjust their business to get through the economic downturn when no lenders would loan or refinance anything. Rather than “spin his wheels” and run the risk of losing all he built, Ryan returned to school and attended UMDNJ @ Rutgers and began a journey of Public Service working diligently in whatever roles the County of Ocean required of him climbing the ranks at the Ocean County Health Department every step of the way. Ryan began his Public Service in the capacity of Public Health Investigator performing housing inspections and being advanced and promoted several times. His abilities were quickly identified and he received 4 promotions in a 5 year span going from Public Health Investigator to Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor to Senior Public Health Investigator to finally a Planning role where he was asked to join the ranks of Community Health Services and Administration. He also received two Letters of Commendation from both the State Senate and State Assembly for his work. As fulfilling as this all was, it didn’t quell the real passion within him. Having moved his license from the ranks of Corporate Real Estate (Prudential) to local family owned and operated Beachcomber Realty in 2006 he kept his dream alive during his stint with Public Service just assisting friends and family during that time. After 14 years with Beachcomher Realty on the Jersey Shore and MANY unsuccessful attempts to purchase or franchise that office, he was left with no choice but to once again climb. This time it was in the opening of his own firm. At the start of 2020 Griffin Realty® was born!

Paola has been living in Ocean County for over 20 years. She is a Mercer County Graduate and has experience managing her family's real estate portfolio and properties along the Jersey Shore for over ten years.  Paola is originally from Lima, Peru.  She is fluent in Spanish, and has worked in the field of veterinary for over 10 years as a veterinary technician with a degree in Animal Control. She is also an Animal Control Officer/Investigator.  Paola enjoys traveling with her husband and children on her free time! 

Lisa was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, NY. As with many residents of central and southern New Jersey, she relocated to Monmouth County, NJ in 2004. As the saying goes, “You can take the girl out of New York, but you can’t take the New York out of the girl”. She loves New York, but she is proud to now call New Jersey her home. This experience should provide a unique perspective for any buyers looking to make the jump across the Hudson.

Her favorite and most important job is raising her beautiful daughter, but she is also a professional photographer. Lisa enjoys photoshoots with her clients or just simply exploring the natural beauty that New Jersey has to offer. Most weekends you can find Lisa traveling up and down the State with her camera around her neck and a smile on her face.
